Booking Details
A valid credit card is required to secure the booking. We do not take payment from your card until you check in or check out at the hotel.Check in time is 1PM and check out time is 10AM.If guests intend to arrive after 9pm then arrangements need to be made for payment prior to check in and a room key made available.All bookings that are cancelled with less than 14 days notice of cancellation, 100% of the tariff is payable. If you do not check in to the hotel on the day of your booking 100% of the tariff is payable.
All guests are required to pay on checking in or checking out at the hotel. All credit card payments will incur a credit card fee of 2% as charged to us by the bank.There is no partial refund once you have commenced your stay, ie checking out early.
