Booking Details

A reservation/Booking is not confirmed  or secured until Visa or Mastercard details are provided by email on our secure booking facility on the hotel website.

 Check in time is 1PM and check out time is 10AM.

If guests intend to arrive after 9pm then arrangements need to be made for payment prior to check in and a room key made available.

Less than 3 days notice of cancellation, 100% of the quoted room rate is payable and will be debited to the credit card used to secure the booking. Alternative days to stay can be arranged if rooms are available. Cancellations can only be accepted via email.

Payment by credit card is an additional 1.5% transaction fee as charged to us by Visa and Mastercard.

    • Booking are only valid for the dates confirmed. Penalty fees of 100% of the accommodation fee will apply to those who do not show on the dates confirmed.
    • 7 days or more notice of cancellation - $20.00 cancellation fee payable.
    • Less then 3 days notice of cancellation- 100% first night service fee and 50% of every consecutive night.
    • We accept Mastercard and Visa. Please supply your credit card details below. Alternatively, you may supply us your card details separately by fax or email.
