Our Location

The Glenorchy Hotel is located on Mull Street in the heart of Glenorchy, situated at the head of Lake Wakatipu, a scenic 35 - 40 minute drive from Queenstown along the shores of Lake Wakatipu. The road is sealed all the way allowing you to enjoy the breathtaking views along the way.

 
 
A regular shuttle service is available between Queenstown and Glenorchy. Alternatively, you can also reach Glenorchy by light aircraft or helicopter. We can make these bookings for you.

 
Glenorchy is the gateway to a number of internationally famous walking tracks, including the Caples, Greenstone and the Routeburn Tracks. Transport is available to and from all walking tracks.
